Refund Policy

IMC College for Medical Sciences · refund and withdrawal terms.

Article (1): Application and Registration FeesA non-refundable fee of SAR 1,500 is required upon submission of the application as a file opening and application processing fee. This amount is not counted toward tuition fees.

Article (2): Payment DeadlinesStudents are required to pay tuition fees for the academic term prior to the start of the registration period as specified in the academic calendar. Registration is not considered final until all financial dues are fully settled.

Article (3): Refund and Withdrawal PolicyIn the event that a student withdraws or formally requests to drop a semester after paying tuition fees, the following refund policy shall apply based on the official request submission date:

• Before the start of the semester:100% of tuition fees will be refunded, excluding application and administrative fees.
• During the first and second week of classes:75% of the semester tuition fees will be refunded.
• During the third and fourth week of classes:50% of the semester tuition fees will be refunded.
• After the end of the fourth week:No refund will be issued for the current semester.
